We are seeking highly motivated and experienced Support workers to join our dynamic team.
Duties
- Ensure compliance with legislation/policies and procedures.
- Complete care plans and risk assessments.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
- Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and excellence.
* Support clients to reach their goals, engage in the community, support with medical appointments and daily tasks.
* To work with other care professionals.
-Attend review meetings.
* Taking clients shopping, ensuring safety and wellbeing within the home.
-Developing positive relationships with clients and whilst maintaining boundaries.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Extensive knowledge of mental health conditions.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Knowledge of person centred care and best practice.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
