The Role As a Property Disputes Solicitor, you will manage your own caseload while supporting senior lawyers on larger and more complex matters.
You will advise on a broad range of contentious property matters including:
1. Commercial landlord and tenant disputes
2. Business lease renewals
3. Dilapidations and breaches of covenant
4. Rent and service charge disputes
5. Forfeiture, break notices and vacant possession claims
