Pay: £89 – £110 per day (dependent on experience)

Teaching Personnel are recruiting compassionate and reliable Care Assistants / Support Workers to join a specialist SEND school in the Eccleshall area of Staffordshire (ST21). This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a background in care, health & social care, or support work who are looking to transfer their skills into an educational setting.
The Role:
* Support children and young people with a range of complex needs, including Autism, SEMH, and physical disabilities
* Provide personal care and assistance with daily routines where required
* Help students to access learning and develop independence
* Assist with mobility, moving & handling, and medical needs (training can be provided)
* Promote a safe, caring, and inclusive environment
The Ideal Candidate:
* Experience as a care assistant, support worker, or in a similar role (transferrable skills highly valued)
* Comfortable providing personal care and physical support
* Patient, resilient, and passionate about making a difference
* Able to work effectively as part of a supportive school team
