This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious care professional ready to step into a leadership role, working alongside the Service Manager to drive excellence, develop teams, and improve outcomes for the people supported. The Role As Team Leader, you will play a key role in the day-to-day running of the service. You’ll support the Service Manager in ensuring care delivery is personalised, empowering, and aligned with best practice and regulatory standards.
