What You'll Be Getting Up To:
* Own your patch – manage and grow a portfolio of existing and new customers, hitting sales, profit, and distribution goals like a pro.
* Smash your targets – revenue, space, or market share, you'll be laser-focused on delivering results.
* Be the go-to person – build strong relationships with customers, helping them grow their business while growing ours.
* Get creative – bring ideas to life with in-store displays and joint promotions.
The Day-to-Day
* Hit your monthly and seasonal sales goals – and celebrate when you do
* Keep tabs on your performance and tweak your approach to stay on track.
* Use our CRM like a boss – logging activity, tracking spend, and keeping everything up to date.
* Work closely with the Regional Manager and CDE team to spot new opportunities.
* Be a brand ambassador – trade shows, in-store demos, customer events.
Merchandising Magic:
* Secure prime promotional space and make it pop with eye-catching displays.
* Collaborate with the CDE team to create tailored solutions that wow customers.
* Help train others on how to make our products shine in-store.
