We have a great opportunity for a Stock Controller to join our Stock Control Team in our Warehouse during our busy Peak period. This role is 35 hours a week, with a shift pattern of Tuesday to Saturday, 8:00am-4:00pm. It is a fixed-term contract until 31st January 2026, with potential for extension or permanence.
As a Stock Controller at OB, you will be responsible for ensuring the Warehouse Management System accurately reflects the physical stock in the bin locations. Reporting to the Stock Control Team Leader, you will collaborate with internal teams to communicate stock levels, discrepancies, and adjustments. You will manage stock movements both on the WMS and physically in the warehouse.
Our Support Office is based in Tolworth, near Chessington, just a 30-minute journey from London Waterloo.

Role responsibilities
* Carry out stock counts and update the WMS to reflect variances
* Produce empty bin reports and check locations
* Perform physical stock and system movements
* Run stock reports from WMS (PVX, Futura)
* Investigate failed actions from pick bins and create replenishment reports for the Forklift Truck Driver team
* Liaise with Goods-In and Accounts teams for stock investigations
* Update the customer internal branch transfer (IBT) database daily
* Support team members and challenge exclusionary behavior
* Assist other Warehouse Teams when required
* Adhere to health and safety policies

Candidate requirements
* Good mathematics and analytical skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office
* Counterbalance Forklift and Flexi Truck licenses are desirable but not essential
* Knowledge of Peoplevox and Futura WMS
* Comfortable working with Windows, Android scanners, and warehouse systems
* Ability to work under pressure, with diligence and accuracy
* Flexible to work on different shift rotas
* Physically fit for walking and lifting tasks
