The Corporate Performance Team is part of the Human Resources & Organisational Support service, covering various functions such as collecting, manipulating, quality assuring, and reporting complex datasets using several Business Intelligence tools and methods. Due to recent changes in immigration law in the UK we are unable to offer skilled worker visa sponsorship for this role as it does not meet the requirements. Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement business intelligence solutions using Power BI.
- Write complex SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyse data from multiple sources.
- Collaborate with business users to gather and understand their requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
- Perform data validation, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data presented in reports.
- Optimise and improve existing solutions.
- Create and maintain documentation, data models and workflows.
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience with Power BI (or equivalent reporting software) and SQL is essential.
- Ability to confidently present analysis to internal and external stakeholders.
- Knowledge of adult social care data is advantageous but not essential.
- Ability to converse at ease with customers and provide advice in accurate spoken English, as required under Part 7 of the Immigration Act 2016 (Fluency Duty).
