What you’ll do
* Be responsible for Large-Scale Initiatives: Lead the delivery of sophisticated, cross-functional projects across multiple product functions and domains, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals.
* Agile Methodologies: Implement and advocate for standard process agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, DevOps) to optimise value delivery and improve team performance.
* Technical Strategy: Define and drive the technical strategic direction for the supply chain and logistics platform, demonstrating market-leading expertise to propose bold, innovative directions.
* Risk Management: Anticipate and mitigate risks by implementing standard methodology mechanisms, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions.
* Build Trust-Based Partnerships: Foster a no-blame culture where teams are accountable for their actions and decisions. Work closely with C-Suite partners to share risks, showcase ideas, and harness capabilities to address business challenges.
