Position Details:
* Location: Kingston Upon Thames
* Salary: £55k-£75k
* Work arrangement: Hybrid
We are partnered with an international commodities company seeking a Commodities Business Analyst to join their Kingston team. The role involves collaborating with the global Transformation Team to support product deployment across various countries, providing in-depth commodity and business analysis, and ensuring successful implementation and ongoing support.
Responsibilities:
* Assess and report on product and project deployment with the global Transformation Team.
* Develop cross-commodity business insights to support process optimization and future transformation initiatives.
* Analyze current business practices and workflows within commodity-focused operations.
* Recommend standardization and prioritization methodologies within an agile project framework.
* Document and analyze existing workflows to inform implementation strategies and post-implementation reviews.
* Prepare detailed reports and present findings to senior management and stakeholders.
* Create and maintain project documentation, including business requirements, process maps, and implementation plans.
Skills & Experience:
* At least 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a project-based role, preferably in commodities or supply chain environments.
* A degree in business management or related field, or equivalent experience and knowledge of Business Analysis practices in a global multi-entity company.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a global team.
* Proactive attitude with excellent communication, reporting, and analytical skills.
* Willingness to travel.
* Strong attention to detail.
