Eventus Legal are seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to join a successful firm based either in their York or Wetherby offices. It is a great opportunity to use and develop your skillset in a supportive environment where you will be responsible for your own complex caseload.
Role responsibilities
The incoming Commercial Property Solicitor will be responsible for running their own caseload across the full range of commercial property matters, with support of a Legal Secretary. You will provide excellent client service levels and be experienced in building strong client relationships to encourage an active pipeline of work.
Person specification
Applications are sought from qualified Solicitors and Legal Executives who have previous experience in Commercial Property, often of a complex nature. You will have a high level of commercial awareness with strong attention to detail and good drafting skills. You will also have exceptional communication skills with the ability to interact with clients, agents and work colleagues in a friendly and approachable manner.

Salary outlined is purely a guide and will be competitive and commensurate on experience.
