Location: Coventry (Office-Based with UK Travel)

What You\'ll Be Doing
* Managing and supporting projects from concept through to completion
* Acting as the main point of contact for clients on both space-only and full-service show builds
* Preparing detailed quotations and cost estimates for new projects
* Producing RAMS (Risk Assessments and Method Statements) and stand plans in line with health & safety regulations
* Overseeing procurement, purchasing, and supplier coordination
* Organising logistics including transport, lifting, and accommodation bookings
* Working closely with in-house design and production teams to bring creative concepts to life
* Providing on-site project support and supervision during build-up and breakdown phases
* Assisting with project documentation, invoicing, and administration
What You\'ll Bring
* Some experience in Project Co-Ordination or Event Operations within the events, exhibitions, or creative industries
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* A proactive, problem-solving attitude with the confidence to work independently and as part of a team
* Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (especially Excel)
* Willingness to travel to venues across the UK (some overnight stays may be required)
* Full UK driving licence (essential)
