Responsibilities
* Reviewing drawings, specifications, and tender documentation
* Preparing detailed cost estimates for asphalt surfacing and associated civil works
* Measuring quantities from drawings and project information
* Building rates for labour, plant, materials, and subcontract packages
* Preparing pricing breakdowns and supporting tender documentation
* Ensuring tender submissions meet deadlines and company standards
* Obtaining and analysing supplier and subcontractor quotations
* Assessing pricing competitiveness and technical compliance
* Supporting tender adjudication and commercial review meetings
* Preparing pricing summaries and clarification documents
