Duties as a Year 4 Teacher:
* Deliver engaging and well-planned lessons that meet the needs of all pupils.
* Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment.
* Use a range of assessment strategies to monitor progress and inform teaching.
* Collaborate with colleagues across the school to support pupil achievement.
* Contribute to wider school life, including enrichment and extracurricular activities.
Ideal Year 4 Teacher:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
* Strong understanding of the Key Stage 2 curriculum.
* A creative and enthusiastic approach to teaching and learning.
* Excellent communication and classroom management skills as a Year 4 Teacher.
* A commitment to nurturing and supporting the whole child.
