We are looking for full-time experienced Property Manager for an excellent office in Newmarket.
This is a 12 month fixed term maternity cover position that could lead to a permanent position.

The Property Manager Package:
~ Basic salary up to £30,000 pa depending on experience
~26 days holiday plus Bank Holidays, closed between Christmas and New Year.
~ Pension, Private Healthcare and other superb benefits
~ Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm
As a Property Manager you will be:
Main Purpose of the Property Manager role:
Ensure all legislation is met before each let - EPC, legionnaires, gas safety, electrical safety, smoke and monoxide detectors
Booking inventories / checkouts
Property Inspections
Dealing with telephone, email and face to face enquiries on a day to day basis.
You would be working full-time, Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm.
Property Manager experience required:
A minimum of 1 year experience as a Property Manager is essential
Full driving licence and use of own vehicle which is covered by business insurance
