The Role: As a Support Worker, you'll be responsible for a variety of tasks to support residents. Provide high-quality, person-centred support in line with individual care plans. Assist with daily living activities such as cooking, cleaning, shopping, and attending appointments. Support individuals with personal care where required, respecting their privacy and dignity.
