Our Building Services division provides comprehensive Facilities Management across the UK, including mechanical and electrical engineering support, cleaning, catering, and grounds maintenance, utilizing technological solutions for efficiency.
We are seeking a Compliance Coordinator for our Kent County Council project based in West Malling, Kent.
The role's purpose is to ensure all PPMS are conducted appropriately and cost-effectively, improve operational systems and processes, and ensure legal compliance, supply chain management, workflow, and staffing are maintained.
What you'll do:
* Schedule meetings, committees (including chairing), task forces, and related groups to communicate information effectively.
* Maintain a comprehensive record-keeping system and manage management documentation efficiently.
* Manage and review all ppm tasks to meet contract requirements and keep KPIs below thresholds.
* Ensure monthly reports are completed on time and communicate KPI failures to Operations Managers with appropriate deductions.
* Identify, assess, and monitor regulatory reporting risks, assisting with policy and process updates.
* Coordinate with the supply chain to ensure scheduled maintenance is completed timely.
* Audit documentation, secure fleet keys, and ensure documentation is ready for review.
We’re looking for:
* Proven experience as a Supervisor or similar role, with knowledge of Compliance and data analysis.
* Proficiency in Office 360 and BIM.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Leadership and organizational skills.
* A confident, reliable individual with a strong work ethic.
* Facilities management qualifications or similar.
* Problem-solving, data analysis, planning, and organizational skills.
* IOSH 3-day or NEBOSH accreditation.
* Extensive knowledge of Concept CAFM and Superuser responsibilities.
