I'm working with a high-performing financial advisory group in Manchester that is offering a rare and exciting opportunity for a Corporate Solicitor to join their established in-house legal team. This role will see you work directly with the Head of Legal, playing a pivotal role in supporting the group’s ambitious growth plans, which include complex M&A transactions, private equity investment, and group structuring.
