About the Role:
This is a new position supporting company growth, delivering expert support to clients nationwide. You must meet security clearance requirements to apply. Immediate response if you meet the person specifications.
Responsibilities:
* Ownership of support cases, managing support teams and escalations
* Coordinate with internal teams and external customers
* Maintain support documentation and improve processes
* Track support trends and manage minor projects
* Manage customer escalations and support onboarding
* Ensure adequate spares and procurement
* Support training and launch of new services
* Perform other duties as assigned
Candidate Profile:
* Proactive, problem-solver with security clearance (DV preferred)
* Experience with military communications, satellite, and electronic support
* Strong communication, customer focus, and flexibility
* ITIL knowledge advantageous
