You’ll lead a strategic programme (alongside other tactical change projects) designed to future-proof our Individual Annuity Business and unlock long-term value. Working closely with senior leaders across Aviva, you’ll shape and deliver change that drives innovation, improves customer outcomes, and supports our growth.
