We're working with a growing house building business in Nottingham, looking for a Sales Manager to lead their sales team and drive results.
The Role:
1. Report directly to the Sales Director
2. Manage and motivate a team of sales executives
3. Develop sales strategies to hit and exceed targets
4. Build strong client relationships and maintain high standards across the sales process
