We are looking for a freelance personal assistant to support a property developer based in Aberdeen. With property interest in Aberdeen City Centre and around the University of Aberdeen, this role is ideal for someone living around this area. Hours are flexible, Monday to Saturday.
Week to week the amount of work is based entirely on the housing market, therefore some weeks will be quiet others may require up to 5 hours work. Tasks are varied with duties including the following - booking viewing appointments with estate agents and auctioneers, attending these appointments to carry out viewings and liaising with trusted tradespersons. Reporting back to the property developer with photos and videos of properties and notes from meeting with estate agents and tradespersons.
The successful applicant must have right to work in the UK, ability to commute within the city centre (able to use public transport is most ideal due to parking restrictions), good communication skills and the ability to get on well with the owner and clients.
Knowledge of basic property fundamentals and wider economics is beneficial, but this will be taught on the job.
Job Types: Part-time, Freelance
Pay: £13.00-£14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 1 – 5 per week
