Description
We are seeking a Customer Activation Manager with experience in trade or shopper marketing, or with commercial experience in the Foodservice channel. The ideal candidate will create activation plans for key accounts that inspire customers and influence consumers in Out of Home (OOH) channels.

Key Responsibilities
* Create a 12-month activation plan for key wholesalers and end-user accounts aligned with brand strategies across channels such as Workplace catering, Hotels, Travel, Coffee Shops, etc.
* Manage an ongoing activation calendar and coordinate activations throughout the year, collaborating closely with the OOH sales, brand, and activation teams.
* Develop compelling, insight-based selling stories to support trade-up and value-adding initiatives.
* Monitor campaign KPIs, analyze results, and recommend improvements for future activations.
* Interpret and present category data to buyers and customer teams, managing budgets and timelines to ensure timely campaign launches.
* Create RTM adverts, newsletters, digital banners, and coordinate with creative agencies to deliver assets on time and within budget.
* Support innovation initiatives including buyer boxes, selling stories, and trade events.
* Collaborate with the Shopper Experience Manager to develop tea menus, serve solutions, and assets to enhance Twinings' visibility in key accounts.
* Communicate launch assets effectively to end-user customers and staff.

Skills, Knowledge, and Experience
* Experience in activation, trade, or shopper marketing, or in Foodservice channels.
* Budget management and PO processing experience.
* Strong project management and planning skills.
* Ability to present plans confidently to internal and external stakeholders.
* Agency management experience for creative activation requirements.
* High-performance mindset, resourcefulness, and determination.
* Ability to lead cross-functional work with high collaboration.
