Teaching Personnel is delighted to support a well-regarded secondary school in Dudley, West Midlands with the recruitment of a passionate and creative Drama Teaching Assistant. This is a fantastic opportunity to inspire and engage students in the performing arts across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.

The Role:
You will be responsible for helping with delivering dynamic and engaging Drama lessons that develop students’ confidence, creativity, and appreciation for theatre and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support in the delivery in high-quality Drama lessons across KS3 and KS4.
* Encourage students to explore acting, improvisation, script work, and technical theatre skills.
* Monitor and assess student progress in line with school and exam board expectations alongside the class teacher.
* Organise and support extracurricular drama productions and activities.
* Foster a positive, inclusive, and collaborative classroom environment.

Requirements:
* Degree in Drama, Theatre Studies, Performing Arts, or related field.
* Experience in supporting Drama at secondary level - school based experience is not neccessary.
* Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
* A DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply through Teaching Personnel).

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
