Examples of the clients needs you will be supporting with as a carer: Assisting clients with personal care (Washing, toileting, dressing etc.) Performing light housekeeping tasks. Observing, monitoring and record keeping. Full support will be given to you in your role from the very beginning ensuring you are fully trained, competent, and confident to deliver outstanding care. Please note this is support worker role is a Domiciliary Care vacancy which involves providing care and support within the community within client's own homes.
