Position Overview

The Chief of Staff serves as a trusted advisor and operational leader, supporting the CEO in driving strategic initiatives, enhancing organizational efficiency, and ensuring seamless execution of company priorities. This role is instrumental in facilitating decision‑making, optimizing executive operations, and acting as a bridge between leadership and key stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities


Strategic Planning & Execution

* Collaborate with the CEO to develop and implement business strategies, ensuring alignment across departments.
* Track and drive progress on key initiatives, identifying roadblocks and coordinating solutions.
* Conduct market analysis and competitive research to support business growth and innovation.
* Act as a coordinating resource and point of contact for all parties to a potential M&A activity.


Operational Leadership

* Oversee execution of key company projects, ensuring timely delivery and impact measurement.
* Develop and optimize processes that enhance efficiency within the executive office and broader organization.
* Lead special projects and initiatives as assigned by the CEO.


Executive Support & Communication

* Act as the CEO’s strategic thought partner, providing insights and recommendations to improve business performance.
* Prepare high‑quality presentations, reports, and memos for internal and external stakeholders.
* Manage executive meetings, including agenda setting, coordination, and follow‑up on action items.


Cross‑Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

* Serve as a key liaison between the CEO and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and execution.
* Lead change management efforts to ensure smooth implementation of new initiatives across the organization.


Qualifications

* 8+ years of experience in business operations, strategy, consulting, or a related field.
* Experience in a technology / software industry preferred.
* Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and project management skills.
* Exceptional ability to communicate effectively across all levels of an organization.
* Proven ability to operate in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment with a high degree of adaptability.
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
