From concept to conversion, your efforts will have a direct impact on revenue, client engagement, and thought leadership positioning.\n\nWhat You'll Be Doing\n\nEnd-to-End Webinar Ownership: Strategically develop and deliver a full calendar of engaging wellbeing webinars.\nMulti-Channel Promotion: Plan and execute marketing campaigns across social, email, paid media and web to drive signups and attendance.\nSales Alignment: Provide timely lead reports, briefing packs, and support collateral to help sales teams convert webinar attendees.\nContent Creation: Collaborate with subject matter experts to produce impactful, educational content that positions the business as a thought leader.\nProgram Strategy: Build a roadmap that aligns webinars with broader demand generation goals-and delivers measurable ROI. \n\nWhat You'll Bring\n\nProven experience planning, managing, and executing webinar or digital event programmes.\nStrong campaign and content planning skills, with a performance mindset.\nAbility to work cross-functionally with marketing and sales teams.\nTech-savvy, with experience using webinar platforms and marketing automation tools.\nA keen eye for detail, strong communication skills, and an organised, proactive approach.
