Bar Supervisor– The Lodore Falls Hotel
The Role:
At Lodore Falls Hotel & Spa, we are seeking a dynamic and passionate Bar Supervisor with a flair for mixology and exceptional guest service.
You will lead and motivate the bar team to deliver outstanding service in a vibrant, luxury environment, ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable experience. Leading by example, you will maintain the highest standards of presentation, product knowledge and hospitality.
Working closely with the Bar Manager, you will support stock control and cost management while driving sales and performance in our busy hotel.
About you:
* Experience in dealing with a wide range of cocktails, wines, spirits and beers
* Knowledge of current licensing regulations associated with a busy bar
* Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
* Be able to build, develop, motivate and coach a team
* The drive to be successful in building a reputation as a go to venue
