Responsibilities
* Reporting to the National Field Sales Manager, build and nurture a strong bond across your team, sharing best practice to deliver against all sales and activation targets across the on‑trade.
* Train and coach your team to deliver the right tailored solution for every outlet, delivering the best possible return for both the outlet and Diageo.
* Encourage your team to consistently find new opportunities to increase visibility and rate of sale.
* Partner with the wider CPM team to deliver the brand and regional growth strategy.
* Build and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders across the CPM and Diageo businesses.
* Lead a fast‑paced, ambitious team of sales executives, motivating and guiding them to achieve sales targets.
* Guide the team in developing well‑judged plans to grow the Diageo business and achieve broad range of performance measures.
* Proactively seek ways to improve processes and perceptions for the benefit of CPM and Diageo.
* Present and influence senior stakeholders, producing data‑driven reports.
* Travel across the territory as required, including overnight stays and attendance at regional and national meetings.
Qualifications
* Full UK driving licence.
* Previous experience managing a sales team to deliver targets across a broad range of measures.
* Problem‑solving skills, proactively seeking ways to improve processes.
* Excellent presentation, influencing, evaluation and data analysis skills.
Compensation & Benefits
* Salary: Up to £41,000 DOE plus £3,000 bonus per annum.

* Flexible hours: 40 hours Monday to Friday.
