THE ROLE:
The role requires taking a leadership position in guiding and supporting the team as it grows, enhancing the private client practice, promoting high standards of performance and development, and overseeing the daily work of junior staff.
You will also manage a diverse caseload of private client matters, encompassing wills and estate planning, probate, trust and estate administration, lasting powers of attorney, tax, and succession planning for High Net Worth individuals.
THE CANDIDATE:
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years' PQE, with strong technical expertise in private client work, particularly in inheritance tax and estate planning. STEP membership (or working towards qualification) is required, along with demonstrable experience overseeing complex matters and advising High Net Worth clients. You should be commercially minded, proactive in business development, and committed to delivering exceptional client service
