Liaise, the SEND Information, Advice and Support Service (IASS) for Lincolnshire, is recruiting two permanent Caseworkers to join our dedicated team. These Caseworkers provide free, confidential and impartial information, advice and support to children, young people, parents and carers on matters relating to SEND, manage an active caseload and offer tailored support to meet individual needs.
Due to recent changes in immigration law in the UK, we are unable to offer skilled worker visa sponsorship for this role as it does not meet the requirements.
The post holders will be required to work across Lincolnshire and will be expected to complete the necessary legal training as part of their professional development.

Lincolnshire County Council is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people and vulnerable adults and expects all staff to share this commitment. Our values – collaborative, adaptable, eco‑conscious, supportive and responsible – guide everything we do. The role will embrace new ways of working, including hybrid arrangements, and requires good connectivity for remote collaboration.
In accordance with Part 7 of the Immigration Act 2016 (Fluency Duty), the ability to converse at ease with customers and provide advice in accurate spoken English is essential for the post.
