Instinct is partnering with a globally recognised consumer goods organisation to recruit a Learning & Development Coordinator to join a high-performing Talent & Learning team.
This is an exciting opportunity to support the delivery of learning programmes across a large, international workforce, working closely with trainers, stakeholders and learners to ensure a seamless learning experience.
The role sits at the heart of the learning function and would suit someone with previous L&D administration, training coordination, learning operations or HR coordination experience who enjoys managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
The Role
As Learning & Development Coordinator, youll be responsible for coordinating the logistics, administration and communications that underpin the successful delivery of learning programmes across the business.
Youll work with learning professionals, facilitators and employees to ensure programmes are scheduled, communicated and delivered effectively, while maintaining accurate records and supporting the wider learning agenda.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate learning programmes, workshops and development initiatives
* Schedule training sessions and manage programme logistics
* Liaise with trainers, facilitators and key stakeholders
* Manage learner communications and distribute programme information
* Coordinate room bookings and virtual learning sessions
* Maintain learning records and programme data within the LMS
* Track attendance, completions and learner engagement
* Gather participant feedback and support programme evaluation
* Provide general coordination and administrative support to the Learning & Development team
About You
Were looking for an organised and proactive coordinator who enjoys working with people and delivering a great learner experience.
Experience Required
* Previous experience within Learning & Development, Training or Learning Operations
* Experience coordinating programmes, events, training or workshops
* Strong administrative and organisational skills
* Experience using Learning Management Systems (Ideally Workday)
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Strong attention to detail
