A leading national law firm is looking to appoint a Residential Development Solicitor to join their highly regarded Residential Development team based in Manchester. About the Firm * This firm is nationally recognised for its commercial property offering and works with many of the UK's leading housebuilders. Job Role You'll handle a broad range of residential development matters, including land acquisitions, planning, construction, and plot sales. You'll be advising well-known developer clients, working on high-profile projects, and playing an active role in business development and client relationship management.
