Olivia is our friendly virtual assistant, available to support you navigate through the application process 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Olivia can answer common questions, guide candidates through application steps, arrange interviews and provide timely updates, all to help make the application process smoother and easier to navigate. Olivia can’t make hiring decisions (those are made by real human recruiters), but she helps ensure your recruitment journey stays smooth and accessible anytime you need.
Before we can employ you, we are required to verify your eligibility to work in the UK & Ireland. Acceptable documents to evidence your right to work can be found here. You’ll need to provide original documents such as a valid passport or a valid UK/Ireland visa (with a college letter listing term dates, where applicable). Only original documents will be accepted.

Responsibilities
* As a Crew Member, you’ll make it happen by providing hot food in a clean and friendly restaurant, serving on the till, or looking after customers’ needs in dining areas.
* Consistently deliver the highest standards of quality, service and cleanliness in the restaurant.
* Provide friendly, fast and accurate service and complete tasks in line with training, company guidelines and management direction.
* Follow all workplace safety, security and food hygiene procedures.
* Treat customers and colleagues with courtesy and respect, working as a supportive team member.
Interview and Qualities
* The interview is a vital part of our hiring process; we look for values and attitudes and give examples of teamwork and impact on the team. We hire for qualities and potential, not just qualifications.
* We look for a genuine smile, enthusiasm, energy, and the ability to connect with customers to make them feel valued.
* Effective communication skills, including attentive listening, face-to-face verbal communication and eye contact, are essential. You should be able to maintain high energy levels while working efficiently and productively.
