Responsibilities
* Creating and updating job descriptions and adverts
* Posting job adverts on the company website and external job boards
* Recording vacancies and applications through our internal tracking system
* Collating and shortlisting of applications
* Taking and distributing meeting minutes for recruitment-related meetings
* Being a point of support for our recruiters
* Assisting with interview confirmations and scheduling of interviews
* Ensuring candidates have the relevant documentation and that this has been returned
* Ensuring in-house systems are up to date and accurate
* Managing the reporting for the team
* Any other additional requirements in order to support the recruitment team
Qualifications
* You will not need to have had previous recruitment experience to be considered for this role, however you will need to have strong previous experience within an administrative role, where accuracy, attention to detail, communication and excellent time management are a must.
* We are looking for someone who can not only work independently, but can also work well as a team, have strong written and oral communication skills, and be able to prioritise your workload effectively.
