Position Overview We are currently seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join our busy team based at our Enfield office. The successful candidate will have a minimum of two years’ experience in the plant, tool or access hire sector, with a strong background in sales, customer relationship management, and business development. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong working relationships with new and existing customers Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities across the hire sector Prepare and follow up on quotations to secure orders and repeat business Respond to incoming enquiries in a timely and professional manner Understand customer needs to offer the most suitable hire solutions Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfilment Maintain accurate records using CRM and internal systems Achieve and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets Represent the company at trade events, exhibitions, or site visits when required Essential Requirements Minimum of two years’ experience in plant, tool or access hire sales Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets Strong knowledge of the construction or hire industry Excellent communication and negotiation skills Customer-focused with the ability to build long-term relationships Self-motivated and target-driven Able to work independently and as part of a team IT literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM systems Full UK driving licence (preferred but not essential depending on role duties) What We Offer Competitive basic salary (£30,000 dependent on experience) Uncapped commission/bonus structure with OTE of approx. £40,000 Full-time, permanent position with a Monday–Friday schedule Friendly, supportive team and professional working environment Opportunities for career development and progression within the company To Apply: Please send your CV to Megan Gerrard at megan.gerrard@symmetryrecruitment.co.uk
