This Facilities Services Provider has recently opened an office in Trowbridge and is recruiting for a Mobile Maintenance Electrician to cover Planned, Reactive, and Minor Electrical works across a portfolio of commercial buildings which include Schools, Offices, and some smaller buildings.
As Mobile Maintenance Electrician you will be responsible for all -
* Planned Maintenance such as Emergency Light and Fire Alarm testing
* Reactive Maintenance such as lighting and Power fault finding and repairs
* Remedial works such as replacing lights, lamps, pumps, motors, 2nd fix such as sockets and switches that need replacing
It will also be advantageous if you have some Mechanical experience, such as HVAC, AHUs, FCU's, general PPMs in Plant rooms etc....
