We are looking to recruit Reablement Support Workers to serve Northwich, Winsford, Frodsham, and rural areas within Cheshire West and Chester.

The service is based at the portal in Ellesmere Port; however, the team delivers care and support throughout the borough in people's homes.
What you’ll be doing
As a Reablement Worker, you will support individuals in their own homes for short periods, helping them reach their full potential. This includes managing various aspects of daily living skills, setting clear and achievable goals, and helping people rebuild their independence and confidence to live independently at home and within their communities.

Are you passionate about supporting your local community and helping service users achieve independence? We seek individuals who genuinely care and are committed to making a difference. This role requires working on a 7-day schedule, including alternate weekends and bank holidays.
Enhanced rates are paid for Bank Holidays, evening, and weekend work. We offer a 21-hour permanent position with shift patterns including:
* 7am – 1pm
* 8am – 2pm
* 4pm – 10pm
Travel is necessary; please demonstrate how you meet this requirement in your application.

A valid driving license is essential, as this is a community-based role. Previous care experience is not required; full training is provided.
