Junior Merchandiser
Salary up to £34,000 DOE

We are working with a growing retailer searching for a proactive and motivated individual to become a key part of their Merchandising Team. This role plays an important part in boosting commercial performance by ensuring stock is managed effectively and sales opportunities are maximised through strong forecasting and product availability.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
* Oversee the supplier critical path, ensuring new product launches progress smoothly and on schedule
* Use a range of forecasting methods to anticipate demand and plan stock levels effectively
* Liaise with suppliers, coordinating orders to support availability and stock targets.
* Monitor products each week, ensuring stock availability
* Review sales performance and make recommendations
* Continually assess current processes and identify opportunities for improvement
* Prepare and present KPI Reports
The successful candidate:
* Experienced Assistant Merchandiser or Junior Merchandiser
* Strong Excel skills
* Understanding of forecasting, stock management and supply chain processes
* Commercially driven, analytical, and passionate about product
* Ability to analyse and interpret large data sets
* Confident communicator with excellent organisational skills
* Able to work independently and prioritise effectively
