ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Channel Partner Manager, you’ll be a strategic partner, understanding customer challenges and offering future-proof solutions. You’ll play a key role in our shift toward a consultative, solution-oriented approach, integrating software and services alongside our hardware products.
You’ll collaborate with teams globally, focusing on expanding Channel Partner relationships in the United Kingdom and Ireland and finding new business opportunities. The position is based in Coventry, with the possibility for hybrid work. Expect 50-60% travel as you build meaningful partnerships.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
* Develop & manage relationships.
* Identify and onboard new partners as required.
* Provide support and training.
* Manage the performance & sales strategy in line with HMS requirements.
* Manage daily sales tasks.
* Work with Channel Sales teams to represent HMS.
* Arrange technology days and webinars.
* Manage a sales pipeline promoting cross selling of HMS products.
* Point of Sales management.
* Account management.
* Contract, Discount & Budget negotiation.
* Keep the HMS CRM up to date.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys working with people, is curious, solutions-driven, and thrives in a collaborative environment. As a Channel Partner Manager, you are a strong communicator who enjoys making complex technology easy to understand.
WHAT YOU BRING
* Previous Channel management and Sales experience.
* Strategic mindset with the ability to plan long-term, set targets and working towards KPI's.
* Team player willing to be part of a team that values knowledge-sharing, inclusion, and innovation.
* A winning personality with excellent communication skills.
* Educational background in engineering, business, or a related field.
* Experience in industrial automation, IoT or technical sales.
* Strong understanding of IoT, IT networking, Cyber Security, and Diagnostics.
* Proficiency in Dynamics 365.
