Global Edge Group are working closely with an international operator to support project activities at their plant in Fife. We are seeking a skilled Cost/Schedule/Controls Engineer to play a key role in cost estimation, schedule coordination, and project controls. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and perform cost estimation and quality assurance reviews. Prepare check estimates and schedules for various project scopes. Support project cost and schedule assessments. Maintain and monitor change control processes and cost tracking systems. Compile and deliver monthly project progress and performance reports. Contribute to the development and implementation of process efficiency improvements. Ensure compliance with internal and external financial and accounting reporting standards. Collaborate closely with estimators, planners, schedulers, and client accounting teams. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline (or equivalent professional experience). Proven experience in cost estimating, project planning, and project controls within the industrial or energy sector. Strong working knowledge of project control systems, cost management tools, and reporting software. Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills. High attention to detail with strong analytical capabilities. Effective communicator with the ability to manage cross-functional collaboration. Comfortable working in a dynamic and evolving project environment.
