LGV CE Night Driver (HGV Class 1) based Burton on Trent Pay Rate: £45,172 based on a 48 hour week Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time) Shift patterns: Sunday to Thursday - start times available between 15:00-23:00 Location: Trade Team, Burton on Trent - DE14 1PT DHL, award winning leading supply chain business is seeking experienced LGV CE (HGV Class 1) Night Drivers to play a vital role in our distribution service. WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL? As part of your normal duties, whilst maintaining excellent health and safety practices, you will: Work pattern Sunday to Thursday - set start times available between 15:00-23:00 (flexibility required) Brewery work - trunking of product to other depot - trailer swapping or palletised customer deliveries Some RDC work will include occasional self tip using an electric pump truck Overtime and additional shifts available Work for other business units will be required as part of the role Comply with our health and safety standards at all times, ensuring adherence to The Highway Code, road safety rules and vehicle regulations WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU? You will hold a valid HGV Class 1 Driving Licence (CE), Driver CPC Qualification and Digital Tachograph Card Candidates must have a MINIMUM of 12 months commercial LGV CE driving experience.
