Business Development Manager (BDM) - Healthcare & Social Transport Location: Manchester or Birmingham Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week Salary: Up to £65,000 per annum, negotiable for right person A growing specialist transport provider is seeking a Business Development Manager (BDM) to lead strategic growth in two key areas: Non-Emergency Patient Transport (NEPT) Specialist & Vulnerable Passenger TransportThis role is ideal for someone with a background in healthcare, social care, or public sector transport who can develop new opportunities, manage tenders, and build strong stakeholder relationships across NHS Trusts, ICBs, and Local Authorities.
