Key / Primary Responsibilities Explore new segments and opportunities across Mortgages. Maintain Health and Size of Mortgages book, especially in the Affordable Housing Segment Market data analysis to track the performance of competitors and market trends Product planning and road map of new products with finalizing specification agreement with sales and marketing team. Finalizing the market positioning document and business cases for all the new projects and sign off with all the stakeholders. Capturing the new technological trends to enhance our product Develop comprehensive marketing plans for sales and marketing teams Support and coordinate with sales team to drive business Ensure Timely training programs Build and Grow the Mortgages (HL & LAP) book in Rural Banking Build Digital Journeys and systems to enable business scale up Ensuring periodically data & analysis sharing Portfolio Review and Performance management Secondary Responsibilities Adherence to Regulatory and Compliance Matters Create seamless customer journeys.
