Most entry-level sales roles keep you at arm’s length from deals. This doesn’t.
As a BDM, you’ll be trusted early to:
* Speak directly with businesses
* Identify real opportunities
* Build relationships that turn into revenue
You won’t just “generate leads” - you’ll own the front end of deals and play a visible part in closing them.
What you’ll be doing
* Reaching out to businesses and starting meaningful conversations
* Identifying challenges around IT, cloud, and cybersecurity
* Qualifying and developing new business opportunities
* Managing your own pipeline of prospects
* Booking and leading discovery calls with decision-makers
* Working alongside senior sales and technical teams to move deals forward

You’ll go through a structured 6-month programme covering:
* Sales fundamentals (done properly)
* Live coaching and call feedback
* Technology and market understanding
* How to handle objections and close conversations
