Our Student Visa team is looking for a committed and capable International Compliance Administrator to support the post-enrolment international student journey. About the team: Our team oversees compliance and visa advice provision for students enrolled at the University who are assessed as overseas fee payers. We work closely with the Academic and Professional Services to deliver key processes, including: Student engagement management Student visa advice Reporting changes of circumstance to UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI) Post-enrolment document retention processes Monitoring risk against UKVI sponsor compliance requirements About the role: You will support various team activities, with a focus on reporting placements to UKVI and recording and following up on student immigration information. As an International Compliance Administrator, you will: Provide high-level administrative support across the Student Visa team Be responsible for managing administrative systems and disseminating information to support the development and delivery of the University's visa compliance activities Run reports to assess whether changes of circumstance need to be reported to UKVI Work independently to support officers on multiple projects from start to finish Support cross-functional activities and contribute to key events such as graduation, enrolment, open days, and Clearing You will work closely with students and Professional Services colleagues—particularly in Student Services and Education Services—to ensure compliance with the University's policies and procedures, as well as UKVI requirements, through the provision of authoritative advice, guidance, and administrative support.
