Responsible for the distribution of combat supplies, local defence and safe movement within a tactical environment. Responsibilities include: Command, lead and manage a team of soldiers and manage associated equipment. Execute delegated tasks and any associated risk and maintain health and safety in the workplace. Contribute to the administrative management and well being of others. Demonstrate and develop professional competence in role. Demonstrate adherence to the Army's values and standards. Plan, conduct and manage training for subordinates.
