What You Bring We're looking for a natural leader who thrives on connection, precision, and teamwork: Leadership : Experience in a managerial role, ideally within hotel operations, front desk or similar hospitality role. Customer focus : A passion for delivering warm, memorable service. Communication : Clear, confident, and professional-both in person and over the phone. What You'll Do As Reception Manager, you'll be the heartbeat of our guest experience: Lead the team : Lead, coach, support, motivate, and incentivise the hotel team. Deliver service : Champion outstanding standards, performance and guest experience across the whole hotel including housekeeping and gym areas. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns with professionalism and care. Manage reservations : Oversee all reservations processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Monitor finances : Supervise billing, payments, and cash handling in line with hotel policies. Report and review : Prepare daily reports and offer insights to improve performance.
