It's vital that the team work together as it's the customers' first and last impression that really counts. You'll be responsible for taking ownership of any guest issues, cash and key handling as well as ensuring relevant guest information gets passed to the correct department. This role involves working a variety of shift patterns, including both early (7:00 AM to 3:00 PM) and late shifts (2:30 PM to 10:30 PM).
