Vehicle Technician
Basic Salary: £35,478 OTE £42,975 (Uncapped based on time saved and team profit)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled and qualified Vehicle Technician to join a high‑performing aftersales team. Whether you’re already experienced or looking to further develop your skills, you’ll benefit from state‑of‑the‑art facilities, a supportive team and manufacturer‑led training to keep you progressing.
As a Vehicle Technician, you will:
Carry out servicing and maintenance across a range of vehicles, including diagnostic, warranty and repair work.
Complete a variety of mechanical tasks, from routine servicing and oil changes to more complex repairs such as cambelt replacements.
Use digital systems for write‑ups and job card completion.
Conduct electronic vehicle health checks (eVHCs) in line with workshop standards.
What we’re looking for:
A recognised Level 3 qualification (IMI, City & Guilds or equivalent).
Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician, Service Technician or Mechanic, ideally with exposure to both warranty and general servicing work.
Strong teamwork skills, a process‑driven approach and a commitment to high standards of safety and quality.
An MOT licence is desirable, but full training can be provided if you’re not yet qualified.
A positive attitude and a willingness to learn — this role will challenge you, but it will also support your development through structured manufacturer accreditation.
