As a Mobile Building Services Maintenance Engineer, you will be: Covering general M&E tasks, including water temp monitoring, emergency light testing, lamp replacements, FCUs, AHUs and small plumbing repairs. Completing the service and maintenance of BMS front-end systems. Carrying out regular PPMs on electrical systems and mechanical plant. Completing breakdowns on electrical systems and mechanical plant. Completing fault-finding and repairs of electrical systems and mechanical plant. Will be on the callout rota, which is 1 in 8, £100 retainer and min. 4hrs per callout.
